None of our products are intended for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, dosing, or any form of personal use. Our products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. The buyer assumes full responsibility for the proper handling, storage, use, and disposal of all products purchased. The buyer must ensure that all products are used only by qualified personnel in appropriate laboratory or research settings. The buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, handling, and use of research chemicals and peptides. DBP does not provide guidance on the use of our products for any purpose, including dosing, administration, or application protocols.
All products sold on this website are explicitly labeled and marketed for research use only. Any use of our products for human or animal consumption, or for any purpose other than legitimate laboratory research, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Orders are placed through our website and submitted via email. Payment is accepted via Zelle (bank-to-bank transfer), CashApp, or cryptocurrency. The buyer selects a payment method at checkout and the order email specifies that method. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the correct payment amount is sent to the correct destination. Any discrepancies in payment will delay order processing.
Orders are processed within 48 hours of payment verification. Shipping is available within the United States. Delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks from the date of dispatch. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Due to the nature of our products (research chemicals and laboratory reagents), all sales are final. Products are not returnable or refundable except in cases of damaged, incorrect, or missing items. In such cases, the buyer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order to report the issue. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method. If you have any issue with your order, please contact us at pay@dearbornbulklabs.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving all issues promptly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in a delay in resolution and potential restriction of future ordering privileges. All payment descriptors on your bank statement will clearly identify our business name.
The buyer agrees not to use any product purchased from DBP for any purpose prohibited by these Terms, including but not limited to: human or animal consumption; resale to individuals for personal use; use in the manufacture of unapproved drugs, supplements, or cosmetics; or any use that violates applicable laws or regulations. The buyer further agrees not to resell or distribute our products to any party that does not agree to these Terms or that intends to use the products for human or animal consumption.
DBP shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use, misuse, handling, storage, or disposal of any product purchased from us. DBP disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The buyer acknowledges that all products are purchased "as is" and that DBP makes no representation or warranty regarding the suitability of any product for any specific research application. The buyer's sole remedy for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) at issue.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which DBP operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or any purchase made from DBP shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction. The buyer agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
